Maintaining relationships after the visit - Staying in touch!
Leaving a thank you note to the host families somewhere for them to
find is a nice touch, but be sure that the students send a few
emails upon their return. Parents and teachers should also be encouraged
to send a message thanking the host family for looking after their
son / daughter / student.
